Hey Jack! - The Big Adventure is a book in a series of books about a boy called Jack. Sally Rippin wrote the Jack books after she finished Billy B Brown books. 

Jack loves camping at the beach. Jack can sleep in a tent, make campfires and go exploring! 

There is a problem when Jack goes on the camping trip with his mum and dad. Jack goes to the beach near the campsite and his mum and dad fall asleep. Jack takes Scrap his dog for a walk to the rock pools. When they get there they find a cave and go into it. They play in there for a couple of minutes and get stuck and Jack starts calling for mum and dad while Scrap starts barking.But will Jack's adventures take him too far?

"Hey Jack The Big Adventure" is a great book and is highly recommended for ages 6-9 as it's quite easy to read.This book would be great for boys who love wonder and mystery.

"Hey Jack the big adventure" has quite big writing, I have glasses and I didn't need them to read this. The author could have written a novel but she kept it simple and easy to read that's why its highly recommended for ages 6-9.

The book recommends that you listen to your mum and dad because they might keep you safe.

I'll totally listen to my mum and dad if I got marshmallows at the end of the day over the camp fire.
