This book is about a boy named Rafe, he goes to Hills Village Middle School. Rafe is in year 6, he has this mission called operation R A F E which is a mission to break all the rules in the school in one year. No one can get hurt like or get detention because of his mission. On his mission a bully meets Rafe named Miller The Killer. Once Miller steals Rafe's notebook which has all his plans on how to break the rules. Miller says to Rafe if you isn't this book you will have to buy it for 1 dollar each. Miller sent the note book to Rafe's parents and his parents got mad.
